Learn about FCCPT’s credentialing and verification services for foreign-educated PTs and PTAs.
The Planned Learning and Assistance Network (PLAN) is an advisory service that identifies options to fulfill deficiencies in an applicant's education in order to meet the minimum requirements for U.S. educational equivalency or jurisdiction requirements.
If you believe that FCCPT's policies were not followed during the review, you may apply for an appeal.
Important: Please read the information below before applying for an appeal.
What is an Appeal?
FCCPT strives to ensure that all applicants receive a fair evaluation of their credentials. If, after an evaluation has been completed, you believe the review did not follow FCCPT policies, you may apply for an appeal.
Note: An appeal is not intended for questioning the decision of an evaluation report. If you have doubts as to the accuracy of your evaluation outcome, it is highly recommended that you request a Re-evaluation prior to appealing your evaluation.
Who should apply for Appeal?
Appeals are for applicants who believe their evaluation did not follow policies, or was not performed fairly.
Request digital versions of authenticated documents submitted by an applicant's academic institutions, foreign licensing/regulatory authority, or ETS to be sent to a recipient of your choose.
The Duplicate Report provides a duplicate copy of the evaluation completed in a Primary Service, in a Reactivation or in a Re-evaluation. If a different Coursework Evaluation Tool (CWT) is required, the CWT Version Update service is required.
Duplicate Reports are additional evaluation reports that can be purchased during the online application process, during the review process, or after the evaluation service has been completed.
Applicants who want to send an additional report of evaluation to another jurisdiction or recipient.
For applicants who need an evaluation on a version of the CWT (Coursework Evaluation Tool) that was not completed in a previous service.
