PLAN Incremental

If you only want a list of course options to choose from, and do not want additional assistance or pre-approval of courses from the PLAN Advisor.
If you have previously completed the PLAN Plus or the PLAN Standard service, but need an additional period of assistance from a PLAN Advisor for questions and/or pre-approval for additional courses. This additional period can be up to six (6) months.
If you have had your education evaluated using the Coursework Evaluation Tool (CWT), by an agency other than FCCPT, and need assistance finding course options for academic deficiencies.
Note: If you have had an evaluation completed by an agency other than FCCPT, you must Contact Us to request PLAN Incremental and be assigned a file number.

Review of CWT Findings: A PLAN Advisor will review and interpret the FCCPT evaluation report, or the Coursework Evaluation Tool findings from other credentialing agencies.
Identification of Academic Requirements that need to be completed: Your PLAN Advisor will provide a PLAN Worksheet containing identified academic deficiencies, based on the evaluation findings, and will include available course options to meet those academic requirements.

PLAN Incremental does not include a re-evaluation. You will be required to pay the full re-evaluation fee upon completion of suggested coursework.
Pre-approval of courses is not included, unless you were a previous PLAN Plus or PLAN Standard client.
If the Coursework Evaluation Tool changes, the PLAN Incremental report may no longer be applicable.

Complete the online application and pay for Plan Incremental.
- Be sure to check with the jurisdiction for any updates in requirements prior to application.
- Note: If you had an evaluation completed by an agency other than FCCPT, using the CWT, please Contact Us for assistance in creating your file.
If you have additional questions after the receipt of your PLAN Report, you must apply and pay for an additional PLAN Incremental service.
- Note: Applicants who have previously completed the PLAN Plus or the PLAN Standard service will receive up to six (6) months of additional service by applying for PLAN Incremental.

Your PLAN Advisor will contact you via e-mail within fifteen (15) business days after you apply.
Your PLAN Advisor will review your most recent FCCPT evaluation report, and will:
- Identify a list of options for courses to meet the specific content to meet academic requirements; and/or
- Answer specific questions about a course or courses that you have found.
Your PLAN Advisor will provide a detailed summary of the findings and/or course options to you in a PLAN Report.

Your PLAN Advisor does not respond to additional questions after the PLAN Report has been delivered.
- Once you receive your PLAN Report, the PLAN Incremental service is completed. If you have additional questions, you must apply for an additional PLAN Incremental service.
- Note: Applicants who have previously completed the PLAN Plus or the PLAN Standard service will receive up to six (6) months of additional service by applying to PLAN Incremental. In this case, your PLAN Advisor will respond to additional questions after your PLAN Report is delivered, for up to six months after the service start date.
Your PLAN Advisor does not pre-approve coursework.
- For pre-approval of coursework, refer to PLAN Plus or PLAN Standard.
- Note: If you have previously completed the PLAN Plus service or PLAN Standard and requested PLAN Incremental for additional assistance, your PLAN Advisor will pre-approve any additional coursework.

Review the Application Fee Schedule, and be prepared to make payment at time of application.
